Great product so far

We have had difficulties with feedback. We started doing it internally, and at first it worked very well. The problem was when we needed to analyze all that data. We usually did it in Excel, which gets complicated when you need to clean and filter all the data. And also, integration with another analytics tool required a custom integration, which we didn't have time to develop.

With trackey, we solved those problems at the same time. It has all the integrations we needed and great dashboards to filter all the data, plus the survey design and variety you expect from a tool like this.

It is true that there are still some minor bugs, here and there, but they are reasonable taking in consideration they are at early stage. A great product so far, we will keep using it.
