Every Form 4 โ the disclosure each director, officer, and 10%+ owner files when they trade their own company's stock โ is pulled hourly straight from EDGAR, parsed, deduplicated, split-adjusted, and laid out as an interactive treemap. Cell color shows direction (buys green, sells red), intensity shows conviction in dollars, and size is an impact composite that combines transaction value, materiality vs. shares outstanding, and how many distinct insiders are involved. One look tells you where insider money is actually moving this week.
