  The only Personal Automation trigger related to BT is when you connect to a device, but nothing for disconnecting. You'd have to figure out a different way you plan on triggering this action to run... But outside of that, as long as you're willing to Toolbox Pro for additional Shortcut actions, then you can create what you need.
