The only Personal Automation trigger related to BT is when you connect to a device, but nothing for disconnecting. You'd have to figure out a different way you plan on triggering this action to run... But outside of that, as long as you're willing to Toolbox Pro for additional Shortcut actions, then you can create what you need. For anyone who might be interested, I found an app called Toolbox Pro that adds a bunch of handy actions/conditions to Shortcuts. It also includes Charging State to see if your iPhone is currently charging or not so I'm using this now and it works flawlessly. Source: over 4 years ago
