Closest to this would be https://www.eleuther.ai whose training data is largely public and training processes are openly discussed, planned, and evaluated on their Discord server. Much of their training dataset is available at https://the-eye.eu (their onion link is considered "primary", however, due to copyright concerns). - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago

Have you considered asking https://the-eye.eu/ or archive.org to host? Jason Scott on Twitter can probably connect you. Or ask his Archive Team via IRC? Source: about 3 years ago

Hey, I made the thread on /r/DataHoarder back then and got the help there to download all VODs. The website was https://the-eye.eu but I don't think they host the Reckful Vods anymore. I downloaded everything (about 10TB) back then and have it stored on an external hard drive. If you can provide the storage, I can upload with 40mbits, so everything would take a while and specific things first would help. Source: over 3 years ago
I'm trying to use Citra, and I'm not sure where to find safe Roms. I've seen old posts recommending the-eye.eu, but the page for 3DS roms appears to be down for whatever reason. Source: over 3 years ago
I did. Not all, of course, but a fair number of the ones I could find for free. Might I also suggest using https://the-eye.eu/ for tracking down some of the harder to find articles and works. Use the Harvard records as a reading list. Source: over 3 years ago
I have a repository of games and whatnot I want my friends to be able to access remotely. How do I create a public address (similar to the-eye.eu or what you'd find on r/opendirectories) to access a specific folder of content on my NAS? Source: over 3 years ago
Used to get all my rom from here the eye https://the-eye.eu/. They had some server issues but I think you can go in discord to see. Looks like they haven't restored it all yet. Source: over 3 years ago

Https://the-eye.eu/ is the place for D&D books after the trove died IMO. Not 100% sure they have everything but, there is a lot. I can only link to top level but you just have to find the book section, then the rpg section. Then you should be golden. Source: about 4 years ago
This project kind of reminds me of "the eye" [1] which had a _huge_ collection of computer science and hacking related books. Somewhere around last year they had datacenters burning down due to a natural disaster, but I'm hoping they can recover. It's an amazing project. This greatly upset me, since this was the easiest place to get Microsoft related products (Office, Windows...). Source: about 4 years ago
