If you want to share high quality GIFs of Tenor on Twitter, what might be best is going to Tenors website @ tenor.com and then searching [for your gif] there, downloading the MP4 or GIF file by right clicking and choosing "save on this computer" and then uploading that file to Twitter. That only covers gifs that are embedded through links, like tenor.com links, it doesn't cover gif files uploaded directly to discord + that pulls up messages with any kind of embed, not just gifs (twitter/reddit embeds, for example). Source: about 4 years ago
That works if I for example send a message containing a reddit gif link or a discord attachment link with .gif at the end, but doesn't include .gif files uploaded directly to discord without a link, and also doesn't include tenor.com links from the gif picker, unfortunately.
