5. What's the story behind SwitchOn?

   SwitchOn was founded in 2017 by brothers Aniruddha and Avra Banerjee, who grew up watching their parents run a small-scale manufacturing business. That experience gave them a firsthand understanding of what manufacturing operations truly demand, both the pride in what gets built and the pain of quality failures slipping through the line. When they set out to build something of their own, the problem of defect detection was not abstract to them. It was personal. Their professional backgrounds only deepened the conviction.
