I give myself a $100 budget each month, but any I don't use rolls over onto the next month to save up for any seasonable shopping or impulse sales at swap.com or shoprestatement.com. Source: 11 months ago
I suggest an online thrift store, like thredup or swap.com. Source: 11 months ago
Maybe you have luck at ticketswap.com I wish the best for you good luck. Source: 11 months ago
A lot of my friends have been holding off on buying something and playing with their luck to see if the product they're still thinking about is still in stock by the time they come back for it. Especially with online upcycling stores like RE.STATEMENT or thrift stores like swap.com. Source: about 1 year ago
Secondhand is fine. Especially for basics if they're at a decent price. I've bought a few black tees or jeans from swap.com or thredup and totally accidentally overlooked they were fast fashion brands in the past. Source: about 1 year ago
Agreed! I own a few fast fashion basics, but for the fun bold colors and patterns, I look for thrift stores and upcycled stores like swap.com and shoprestatement.com. Source: over 1 year ago
I personally upcycle my clothes if I have some free time. Otherwise, I'll go thrift shopping or browse through swap.com, RE.STATEMENT, thredup, etc and not buy anything. It's weird because I'll get tired from browsing and then realize how cool my wardrobe currently is then I won't want to buy anything anymore haha. Source: over 1 year ago
Unfortunately, I have had some of the NIB items up for the past 6 months with no bites on depop, facebook, ebay, poshmark, mercari, and sideline swap. Basically swap.com sent me things that were not labeled correctly and I could not return them. (I bought sneakers, and instead they sent multiple pair of football cleats in sizes that I am not even close to, etc). Source: over 1 year ago
For secondhand, I like thredup and swap.com, I used to scroll through those sites forever! Source: over 1 year ago
I also sometimes buy from swap.com. But with them, you have to really dig to see what stuff is as a lot of it is just listed as "blouse" blah blah blah. But sometimes they have a photo of the size chart, which will list the brand. I scored a NWT miraclesuit swimsuit for $45 this way. Source: over 1 year ago
Yes on eBay! I learned that all the outfits on Love Island were sourced from eBay this season. Also I like thredup.com, swap.com, and shoprestatement.com. Source: almost 2 years ago
But on a good note, I just found 2 swimsuits on swap.com, new with tags, one is a miraclesuit, and they had a 30% off coupon. So I got it for under $50! Source: almost 2 years ago
That said, check out swap.com. They have good brands for cheap and you can take them to a taylor to get them fitted. Source: almost 2 years ago
i'm especially excited because I have 3 pairs of sandals coming today, from swap.com, which will go perfectly with some of the outfit. Source: almost 2 years ago
Has anyone tried swap.com to sell clothing? I was looking for sites similar to thredup and came across it. I have a box of clothing to send, and I know thredup is really behind rn, and this website looks similar enough and it says they offer some of the most competitive rates in the market. Source: about 2 years ago
You also might try swap.com . It's like the only online thrift store that sells men's clothes and they have A TON of business clothes. I know not being able to try the stuff on sucks, but it's like $4-15 per article of clothing and could hold you over. Good luck! Source: over 2 years ago
I have used it successfully many times. I often get free shipping from thredup and swap.com by using Honey. I also have just saved 50 cents off nail polish on amazon just five minutes ago. It worked on one shade but not another, so it really depends on what and where you buy. Source: over 2 years ago
I am buying more and more clothing at swap.com, and occasionally ThredUp. Source: over 2 years ago
How it really works: Like ThredUp, Swap is a web-based consignment retailer. After you ship in used garments and toys and video games, Swap will promote them for you. As for the way a lot you can also make, the web site explains that if one thing is priced for lower than $10, you will get a 30% credit score to purchase one thing from Swap.com - Your Affordable Thrift and Consignment Store - Online! – or 20% of the... I did the same thing. Very specific synthetic fabrics. I bought most of it from swap.com, an internet thrift store to try to reduce environmental impact. I can do a lot and it's always wrinkle free. Materials like polyester, elastane and spandex, there are others. I'm mainly talking dresses. Then in winter I wear leggings. For dude presenting, I think it would be shirts, shorts and those thick workout pants. If... Source: almost 3 years ago
