Striveon makes athlete development visible. Most sports software manages logistics: registrations, payments, messaging. Striveon owns the coaching layer instead: skill areas and evaluation criteria shared by the whole staff, sessions built from a drill library linked to those skills, season plans that carry focus skills into every training event, and one athlete profile where evaluations, assessments, goals and notes accumulate over time.
The result is a connected picture of every athlete's progress rather than a pile of spreadsheets and notes.
Because it builds on how you already coach. You do not replace your registration or communication tools; Striveon works alongside them. Every coach evaluates with the same standard, so an athlete's history survives a coaching change.
Ready-made presets for 13 team and individual sports get a program started in minutes, and the pricing is one flat monthly fee for the whole organization with unlimited coaches and athletes, so growing the program never raises the bill
Sports clubs, academies and school athletic programs with a committed coaching staff: head coaches and directors of coaching who want to coach systematically and see athlete development over time, in team and individual sports. From one competitive program to a multi-coach organization.
Striveon started from a Finnish coach's frustration with disconnected tools: plans in one place, evaluations in another, athlete history nowhere. Founder Riku Pelkonen built the first version for real coaching situations and ran it with a padel club in Finland from autumn 2024. The public launch followed in February 2025. Striveon Oy is based in Jyväskylä, Finland, and every feature still comes from a coaching situation, not a boardroom idea.
