  What you're asking is no simple task and fiverr is not a place where you typically find long term plugin devs. You can ask on spigotmc.org, join some big developer discord and look if they got a recruiting channel, ask right here on this sub, etc. Honestly how you thought fiverr would be the best place is beyond me.   GriefPrevention is definitely one of the most popular claiming plugins. It has 8000 servers using it as I type this. I do want to say that it seems like the plugin relies off dev builds, hence why the link I provided isn't a spigotmc.org one. • Ah 1.8

  Bukkit was and is the server-side-only modding API, allowing plugins to interact with the server and chamge the game (short of adding blocks, custom mobs, etc. I'll leave Forge/Fabric for another time). The original code lives here, but is no longer maintained there. Currently, it's maintained here by SpigotMC. Source: almost 2 years ago

  You can use Paper or purpur (purpur is paper with some more options and some stuff like players can use mob abilities) ) You then can look up plugins from sites like spigot and just add them to your "plugins" folder located in the directory of your server. Source: about 2 years ago

  Currently not possible. Generally the /pl cmd will provide a list of plugins that the server is using, and downloading it directly from the server requires FTP access. But if u have access to the /pl cmd, and it returns a list of all of the plugins, you can quickly google them (most will be on https://spigotmc.org) and download it from spigot's website.   Plugins are referring to Spigot plugins. Those are only compatible on a server running Spigot, Paper, Airplane, or Purpur (and tuinity if u wish to). They can't be ran on clients. Source: over 2 years ago

  Plugins require the use of Spigot/Paper or any forks of the above. To do so, set up a spigot/paper server, find the plugin (will usually come from Spigot's official forums and website), and drag and drop into the plugin folder. Then restart the server. Source: over 2 years ago
