We made Snapling for the work that happens after a screenshot: keeping useful captures findable and reusable. It combines region and window capture, scrolling screenshots, GIF recording, annotation, clipboard history, OCR, and translation in one Mac workflow. A key design constraint is keeping captures local: OCR and translation run on-device, and captures stay on the Mac by default. It supports macOS 13+ on Apple silicon and Intel, with no account required or cloud-sync dependency. I’d value feedback on the searchable Visual Memory workflow and how well it fits debugging, design review, or research.
