shipit is a product roadmap and product planning tool. It comes with an integrated, battle-proven approach to planning product. Predefined structures and iteration cycles make the whole process fail-safe.
It is also the product ownerโs missing link between your organisationโs existing tools, like ticketing systems (Jira, Trello), wikis and documents (Confluence, Drive), CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive) etc. By integrating with all of these, shipit mirrors the cross-functional type of work product managers do, and connects all the loose ends in one place.
Unified Interface
Shipit provides a centralized platform where users can manage multiple logistics operations seamlessly, reducing the need for multiple tools.
Scalability
The platform can accommodate businesses of various sizes, allowing users to scale their logistics operations without changing systems.
Automation Features
Shipit offers automation options for repetitive tasks, saving time and reducing human error in shipping operations.
Integration Capabilities
It integrates well with other tools and platforms, allowing for smoother data flow and operational consistency.
Customer Support
Shipit has a reputation for good customer service, providing assistance when users encounter issues or have questions.
Use it all the time, for several of my projects.
Shipit is a very useful tool for project planning. I can see on which stage of the development my project is now, what and when it should be done in the future.
Use this to manage our product roadmap. Matches our quarterly planning process, and date tracking at sprint granularity.
Also use the product requirement templates in Google Drive, and the CRM integration for customer feedback
For someone with very little experience in product management I found it very easy and intuitive to use shipit.
What was extremely useful for me is not the roadmap itself (you can create it anywhere, in Trello, in Excel, or even PowerPoint) but the fact that it integrates with Pipedrive CRM. We keep our customer info there and we store their feedback also in the CRM. After connecting both we were able to fetch all of that and present in a nice graph which helps with product planning. How many users asked for X or Y? The product is still not mature but the support is brilliant and speedy. Plus the trial is 6 weeks which gives enough time to conveniently try it without asking to extend it.
