There's no entirely satisfactory way to back up a typical, non-rooted Android phone. The ideal is something like Seedvault, but it has to be baked into the OS. OAndBackup / OAndBackupX / Neo Backup is a classic solution, but it requires root. If you back up your phone through advanced solutions (ones that require root or ADB access) then it is your responsibility to encrypt your data, or at least keep it safe.
