If you have the instructions, you can create the pattern piece using a program like seamly.net. You can learn how to use the program from this Youtuber. Since you only have an image, you could use CoPA, the Commercial Pattern Archive, to find your pattern. Source: about 1 year ago

I use a drafting software like Seamly2D and I usually use standard sizes when I design the initial block. However, since I used parameters in the drafting software (like Side Length, Inseam Height, Knee Height, etc) it makes it easy to adjust for different values of those parameters. There are some open source pattern design programs. Most importantly Valentina and its fork, Seamly2D. When I tried them a couple of years ago they weren't quite there yet. I made an open source program called Seamly into an integral part of my work flow. The best part about it is that you can tie parts together via calls and make a pack with different measurements after the design is complete. I've been using it to generate all my patterns for my rolltop backpack and now my messenger bag. So, with my rolltop bags, I can adjust the height, width, depth, torso length, or any...
