Upload the carrier's estimate and your roof photos. ScopeQueue reads both and writes the items the estimate left off — each with one sentence stating the reason, the building code section where one applies (by edition and section), and the photograph that shows it, keyed to the item. The package goes out under your own company name; you or the homeowner sends it.
The numbers stay yours. On the review screen you enter your own unit prices and, where you want them, your own Xactimate selectors; the document then carries each line total and the total. The software never prices or guesses a line. Carrier said no? Upload the denial letter and each point gets an answer in the same file.
