ScheduleIQ helps project controls teams, schedulers, contractors, owners, and EPCM organizations assess whether a project schedule is reliable, forecastable, and fit for its intended use. Users can upload P6, Microsoft Project, or CSV schedules and receive a structured schedule assessment covering technical schedule health, execution readiness, industry risk, and executive decision support.

The platform evaluates schedule quality using deterministic checks informed by recognized project controls and schedule-assessment practices, including DCMA 14-point schedule quality principles, GAO schedule reliability guidance, and AACE forensic schedule analysis concepts.
