ScanCompta turns receipt paperwork into a monthly one-click handover to your accountant.

What it does

Take a photo of any receipt or invoice from your phone. An AI vision model extracts the total amount, the VAT amount, the date, the merchant name and the expense category in roughly three seconds. A verification screen shows every extracted field before anything is saved, so you keep control over what ends up in your books.

Receipts are grouped into client folders, which matters if you invoice several clients and your accountant needs each one kept separate. A duplicate detection step warns you before the same receipt is recorded twice.

Mileage expenses are handled without a photo. Enter the date, the trip and the distance, and the amount is calculated from your own per-kilometre rate. Mileage entries are stored separately from receipts and carry their own subtotal in the export.

At the end of the month, one action produces a sorted CSV file plus a ZIP archive containing every receipt image, named consistently, and emails both to your accountant or to a specific client contact. The accountant needs no account and no software.
