I love nzbget... Worked great for me.. but fact jack .. Look (on github) at the last time it was upgraded. Then look at SABnzbg whose maintainers seem to be much more active. Source: almost 2 years ago

One option to consider is just running an http server locally and using the browser as your interface (along the lines of what sabnzbd does).
