I really recommend the Run Pee website and app. Although it doesn't prevent you from missing parts of a film, it helps you to select the best time to do so, so you don't miss a pivotal moment. I used it for No Time To Die and The Batman, it was a massive relief. I held it in during Once Upon A Time In Hollywood through fear of missing something, and felt ready to burst by the end. I highly recommend the RunPee app to avoid this in the future! Tells you when the best time to go pee during the movie is so that you don’t miss anything important and it gives you a summary of whatever you do miss. I never go to the movies without it! Source: over 1 year ago
