ROSCASH digitises the rotating savings circle — tanda, arisan, paluwagan, chit fund, gam'eya or stokvel depending on where you live — a model used by an estimated two billion people outside formal banking.

These circles work everywhere, but they break on one question: who gets paid first. Lottery, seniority and organiser's choice all create resentment. ROSCASH prices that decision instead.

Each round, members bid a discount against their own payout. The lowest bid at the close of the six-hour window wins and receives the pool minus that discount. Seventy per cent of the discount is split among the members who did not bid; the platform keeps thirty. Opening bid at least 10% below the standard payout, each next bid at least 1% below the leader, discount capped at 50%.

The winner pays no platform commission on top — the discount they chose is the entire cost of going early. The position in the queue gets a market price, and the cost of impatience goes directly to whoever waits.

Circles settle in USDC, so members of one circle can be in different countries — something local-currency ROSCA platforms cannot do. Deposits on Solana, TON, Tron and EVM. Progressive web app and Telegram mini-app in nine languages: English, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, Hindi, Indonesian, Bengali. A fixed-queue format is available for members who prefer a predictable payout date.

Status, stated plainly: public beta. ROSCASH is not a bank and does not guarantee the return of funds. During beta the platform holds and processes circle funds under each circle's published rules. Smart-contract custody is on the roadmap and has not shipped — no contract address, no audit. No licence. Live figures are on an open endpoint at roscash.org/api/public/stats, so they can be checked rather than trusted.
