  I've been into one of the studio flats in the Dandara Stoneywood development, and they're nice, clean and modern, but quite small for the cost. Also fairly heartless, in that it's a big set of apartment blocks and they all look the same. For your budget you could get a very decent one bedroom in a nice area close to town.
