Next, translation apps. Apps like Google Translate & Itranslate are good for literal translation and checking how you would say something. I always like to put how I would translate it and then reverse it to see how Google Translate will translate it. (Be careful though.) It has benefited me in reminding me to remember my contractions such as "l'ho." However, I also recommend Reverso Context (which also has a... Source: over 2 years ago
HebrewPod101 and random Israeli youtube channels are really my go-to at this point, but honestly, I just learn on a case by case basis (i.e. I figure out what I want to learn that day and then look it up). Context Reverso is also really helpful because it gives actual example translations instead of the randomly generated ones you get off google. Source: over 2 years ago
Oh yeah, google is terrible. Try context-reverso next time - I love it. It gives more informed translations, related to the context. Source: over 2 years ago
If you need someone to give you a schedule, I'd do 10 new words via anki per day and 1 episode of a tv show such as this. Then if you have additional time, ~30 minutes reading a book such as this or this, or just additional time watching tv in Dutch. You can look up new words here and here. But feel free to modify this to whatever suits your fancy as my interests certainly aren't going to be the same as yours. Source: over 2 years ago

Actually there are two actions there, you "enter" the number and signals "ring" the bell. I use The Saurus for these kind of dictionary and synonym stuff, I recommend it. There is also reverso context for translation. This app uses real document translations and AI for results. They might be helpful. Source: over 2 years ago

"Word goes" is not a saying in English. We have "as the saying goes" (como diz o ditado) or "it's said" (se diz). I don't speak Portuguese, I just used this site to check how you say it properly. 3. Source: over 2 years ago

If the sentences you're looking to translate aren't too complex, Reverso might be a good place to look. It takes translations from movies/tv shows/etc, so while the wording might not be exact it should get the general point across. Source: over 2 years ago

Sometimes I watch Netflix shows, but not often. Websites like HiNative and ContextReverso are good. I also like SpanishDict to review Spanish conjugation. Twitch streams & music in the TL are my favorite background content while studying. Toucan is also an interesting resource I recently found, it replaces words on your webpages with words in your target language. Source: almost 3 years ago
One more question, if you don't mind: how would you add a new search bookmark to this website using the method you referenced above? I cannot find any option for adding one. I've got a bunch of other websites that I often used on another browser just by typing the keyword, but Firefox doesn't allow adding them using the method above. Source: almost 3 years ago
