    Hey I started investing into private companies through websites like republic.co and a few other ones. I noticed that all the good exciting companies are only offered to accredited investors. I do not make 200k a year or hold 1 million plus in assets or whatever the bare minimum needed is. I did see that you can apply to be an accredited investor if you are a financial advisor.
