I'm not sure what is required for the majority of dev positions in Europe, but here in the states, most companies are looking for experienced candidates. I've mostly seen job openings for mid-level to senior positions, however those are typically for big tech companies. There are lots of remote job boards with companies looking for sales: angel, flexjobs, remoteok, remote.io, growmotely... The list goes on. You can search by distributed teams that are open to locations outside the US. For international calling to the US I use google voice which is free and operates via wifi. Good luck!
