  Maybe we can just add a Wiki that lists the job boards showing whether visa sponsorship is available or not to the applicants. That would be very useful for people outside the EU and it will cut down on these questions and document the current companies better. I use relocate.me for example.   Actually, for Germany and Netherlands, it is not required for most of the jobs, I don't know what portals you are using, but in any job I have seen, the have mentioned that German/Dutch is not required, you can check sites like - https://relocate.me/ for better offers. Source: over 1 year ago

  I've commented about this before, but there's a huge tech market in the EU, and getting visa sponsorship in EU countries is far, far easier. The EU Blue Card (https://apply.eu) program makes it pretty easy for companies to sponsor a visa that'll translate to a residence permit. As for jobs: you can find a bunch of them (search 'VISA') on Hacker News hiring threads (see: https://hnhired.fly.dev); another cool site... Source: almost 2 years ago

I tried editing my resume many times, even got some consulting, but that hasn't done the job.
