Bear with me my knowledge is limited. Our SPF includes entries for reflexion.net and office365 and I've confirmed that that's been configured correctly. Things go through reflexion.net before it gets to 365 I believe. All of our outgoing mail goes to spam though, obviously this includes regular everyday email. What do we do about that?
