All-in-one technical training with multiple lab options.
ReadyTech is an all-in-one platform for hands-on technical training. It brings virtual IT labs, lab management, a training-focused virtual classroom, course materials, assessments, self-paced learning, and instructor monitoring and control into one place.
Choose the lab environment that fits the course. Use ReadyTech-hosted cloud or bare metal, your own AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud account, existing in-house systems and equipment, or Local Labs on learner computers. In-House Labs let you use infrastructure you already own for browser-based training. Local Labs let instructors monitor and assist learners on local machines, including systems with installed software, GPUs, USB license dongles, printers, and serial devices.
Instructors can monitor and control learner labs during class, provide remote assistance, transfer files, manage timers, and respond to help requests. ReadyTech supports instructor-led, self-paced, and blended training. Pricing is flexible, with pay-as-you-go or month-to-month options, no long-term contracts, and 24/7/365 live human support.

Built for Instructors by Instructors It was 2002 when we started thinking about what, if anything, could be done remotely. At first, we concentrated on the most problematic part, which was the virtual lab environment. In these early days, virtualization wasn’t ready for prime time, so we focused on building a hardware-based lab solution. It was during that time that our mantra, “worldwide performance and stability,” was established. We knew if we could achieve that, our solution would work.
In 2003, we launched, and it was an immediate success with customers. As virtualization technologies matured and cloud services started to develop (AWS launched in 2006), we added cloud hosting to our solution. More importantly, we began to think beyond the lab and are now building various tools to help instructors deliver excellent training and keep students engaged. We are no longer in that small loft. We are headquartered in Uptown Oakland, with international offices in the Netherlands and data centers in California, Singapore, and Amsterdam. While we have been tempted into other markets, we have decided to stay firmly focused on where our passion is: the training business.
