  Today I checked on ranker.com to see the rankings of the best anime of all time cause it's something I like doing to stay updated and to my suprise ONE PIECE was in 32nd position. This was shocking to me because it's usually in 4th position with over 200,000 upvotes but this time it was in 32nd with 9,507 upvotes. Nothing like when you compare Raphtalia's popularity to the rest of the female cast in her series. Since Rias and Akeno are from the same year you can actually use ranker.com there.
