I have been using Qualaroo for almost six months to conduct freelance market research projects. The best thing about Qualaroo is that it collects valuable first-hand information that researchers like me can use to formulate hypotheses and build upon them to come to a concrete conclusion. The insights are actionable and always have a context behind them which makes the research easy and also credible at the same time.

👍 Pros: There are 40+ question templates to choose from for always asking the right questions.|The behavioral targeting is extremely helpful for getting to the right users|The ai-based sentiment analysis gives me a head start to close the feedback loop by analyzing the survey data in real-time.|You can also embed surveys on almost every platform to expand your reach and collect diverse data

👎 Cons: The branching logic could have more options and be more refined|The dashboard displays the data but doesn’t do much in terms of controlling it.
