Process Oak runs recurring processes like onboarding, offboarding, and renewals. Design them as graphs, assign owners, and set due dates that respect working calendars, so forgotten tasks get caught before they cost you.
Process Oak is a recurring process manager for teams of 10 to 50.
Projects have plenty of tools. Recurring work is what sneaks up on you: a lease that renews for three years, a leaver whose accounts stay active, a trial employment that quietly becomes permanent. Done on time, these cost almost nothing. Missed, they get very expensive.
You draw a process as a graph, with parallel branches and joins rather than a flat checklist. Steps get owners, and due dates that count in working days against the company calendar, so a two-day deadline doesn't land on a Sunday. Every action is logged, so you can see who did what and when.
Processes run on a schedule, like monthly payroll or a quarterly access audit, or start on demand when someone is hired or leaves.
