  Backgammon is a gambling game and as such it requires a stake for the game to be interesting otherwise it is pretty much pointless as playing poker for fake coins. Everyone raises and reraised with reckless abandon and when their coins run out they refill for free. • Alternative to pogo.com online multiplayer monopoly

  So, recently pogo.com finally shut down the servers and turned off the Monopoly World Edition online multiplayer version of the game. It was an old game, but I had been playing for a very long time, and I have so many amazing memories with friends who are long distance while playing it, and I really miss it. • I built a browser sandbox board game similar to scrabble to play with my dad remotely for father's day next week

  Thanks, worked really hard on it. Last year we tried pogo.com but it's miserable to play on. Ads everywhere, and he d/ced halfway through and couldn't get back into the game. Source: almost 3 years ago
