Build a template once, send it as a fillable form through one link or QR code, and every response files itself into that client's folder. Forms, notes, agreements and published documents live in the same per-client folder, so nothing is copied between apps.

• Form builder — text, dates, file uploads, checkboxes and hand-drawn signature blocks in one block editor. Clients fill it in a browser with no account, progress auto-saves, and responses appear live as they type.
• Client management — every client gets a folder with a Shared and an Internal zone. Which zone a folder sits in is what decides client visibility; there is no per-document checkbox to forget.
• Notes — meeting and session notes as rich collaborative documents, filed under the client they concern.
• Agreements — NDAs, waivers and consent forms. The client draws a signature in the document; confirming locks the text, fields and signatures and stamps the date.
• Publications — publish a price list or house rules once; every client reads the current version.
• Client portal — one link per client. They sign in with a single-use email magic link or a durable link/QR that needs no email, and pick their own language. Access is revocable.
