Once registration is open, Playbook Logix manages rosters, teams, and multi-team seasons under one login. Coaches build a season of recurring practices and games on a shared calendar, track attendance and RSVPs, and coordinate volunteers, carpools, and snack duty without another group text. Staff permissions are set per team, so an assistant coach can run practice without seeing billing.
Communication includes a team message board with read receipts, live team chat, and urgent updates by email and text at once, with quiet hours so families aren't notified at 11pm.
