Most of Step 1 is predicated on having a strong basis in physiology and pathophysiology. There are many resources for physiology depending on if you prefer videos (many of my students found https://physeo.com/ particularly helpful) or textbooks (I personally liked BRS physiology). From a pathophysiology standpoint there is absolutely no better resource than Pathoma. I recommend watching the videos and taking notes... Source: almost 2 years ago
