Onepeloton.com is their actual domain so it seems legit. Anything before the onepeloton is a subdomain, and also legit by definition. That being said, SMTP can all be spoofed, so without seeing the actual email, I can't tell you with 100% certainty that the email is legit in it's entirety. I have had good success by starting the repair process via the chatbot on the website (lower right corner of https://onepeloton.com). I have found the phone to be less reliable. Calls get dropped, no follow-up, etc. Source: over 1 year ago

Peloton strength classes taken through the onepeloton.com website on chrome running on the PC will gather heart rate data from the Apple Watch on my wrist. However, this sync for heart rate data does not occur immediately, but some time later. Or, from onepeloton.com, sign in, click on the "person" icon in the upper-right (next to the shopping cart) and select My Membership. Once the membership page loads, click on "My Membership" in the upper-right and select "Profile" from the menu to view what you've done (or "Take Classes" to view all classes). They can pretend the email they send is from onepeloton.com, but they can't receive emails sent to [x@onepeloton.com](mailto:x@onepeloton.com) nor create a false website on the domain (they could try a similarly spelled domain). Source: over 2 years ago
The best way I can describe it is to log in to onepeloton.com then click on your profile > workouts > click on a specific workout that you want to look at. The graph that Matt was referring to is the OUTPUT graph. You can find the same info if you are logged into the bike. Just for your ride history and then click to view the ride. Good luck.
