  For thumbnails I would recommend GIMP its like Photoshop but for free. As for Intros Blender would be your best option for 3D Intros but it takes some time to get used to the programm.   Make a new intro using Panzoid, it's free and they have their own renderer so you can edit the hundreds of templates on your browser. Also make sure to convert your download into an mp4 file, the default video format they have is .mkv (larger file, storage consumer). Source: almost 3 years ago

  I'd say your Intro and Outro need some work. Maybe go with your logo as an animation = u can just google logo designer/animated logo designer or use stuff like panzoid.com (I played with that a lil and u nearly can do all u want if u invest the time/also easy to find presets that can be edited).
