In your current portfolio, which brands are you most excited about? Let’s see…well, I’m excited about Oura, of course the Oura Ring, which I was lucky enough to invest in early. And it’s a product that I use and love, and it has really impacted my wellness positively. Source: 11 months ago
Had my Applewatch 3 weeks and then I missed the mechanical watches. Sold it after 4 weeks. I bought this https://ouraring.com to accommodate for my sleep and fitness needs, and wearing that on my finger, while having an Omega or G-shock or Seiko on my wrist is perfect 🥳. Source: 12 months ago
Been doing a cursory search for health tracking devices so that I can better understand my PEM crashes / flare ups. Notable things that popped up were the Fitbit Sense2, the Circular ring, and the Oura ring. Have any of you guys used these trackers or something else?? Source: 12 months ago
I have an Oura ring that I was given as part of a trial. It tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature variation, and a few additional details. I like that it is small and syncs with the phone app in the background. Source: about 1 year ago
Maybe you could use your traditional watch and a smaller fitness tracker (like a Fitbit or Oura ring). Source: about 1 year ago
Not sure of app integration but this device called out to me for its ability to tracking sleep better than a gyro in a phone or wrist accessory. https://ouraring.com/. Source: about 1 year ago
I use Oura Ring. (https://ouraring.com/) By the way, I got a $40 discount if anyone wants one. No affiliate link/ I don't get anything from it. Source: about 1 year ago
If money wasn't the issue, I would have gotten myself an Oura Ring (300 Euro for the ring plus 5 Euro per month as subscription). It can do everything you need and if you pay attention, you will see a lot of people with money wearing one. That usually means the product is worth the investment. Source: about 1 year ago
I've been tracking my sleep for ~7 years, every day, 24x7, with my Garmin Fenix watches (5x -> 6x) and an Oura ring. Source: about 1 year ago

Try the Android app "Sleep as Android". It is free and it works very well to track your sleep, which can be the basis of making changes. It can use a phones accelerometer to track breathing rate, use the microphone to record snoring (and make noises when you snore to stop you from snoring), can integrate with a variety of fitness trackers or works with just the phone, and has a lot of other useful features:... - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
I have the Oura: https://ouraring.com/ - It's pricey, but it's been SO worth it to have the information. Makes me feel a little more in control when I can check whether I'm feeling what I'm feeling because my temp has spiked and/or because of poor sleep (they let me do $50 referral discounts if you're interested). Like a lot of health/cycle apps, it notifies you when it thinks your period is coming soon, but it's... Source: about 1 year ago
Lol thanks! The black on is an Oura ring (fitness and sleep tracker) and the other one is a puzzle ring. Source: over 1 year ago
