I haven't used it from the hiring side, but I've seen a decent number of early stage companies using cord.co. There's also a startup called Otta - https://otta.com/. Not affiliated with either. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 month ago

Are those private hiring boards worth it? (hired.com, otta.com, underdog.io, etc). Source: 7 months ago
Try https://otta.com/ It's relatively new and since most people don't know about it yet your resume goes into a smaller pool. Source: 10 months ago
Try these, all free: topstartups.io, angel.co, otta.com. Source: 10 months ago
The ones I'm already aware of are otta.com , honeypot.io , but I was wondering if there are better ones where there are more UX/UI jobs or where it's easier to land a remote UX/UI Designer job as an EU citizen, without the need to relocate. Source: 11 months ago
Otta.com is great - also guides you on expected salary for most roles. Linkedin is also good - make sure you use the various job titles mentioned in the other replies, there are so many titles for the sales engineer role. I agree that maybe indeed and monster are not great at having saas presales jobs, but I recently had to find a new job and applied for over 100 within a short space of time using those 2 sites... Otta - https://otta.com/ - create an account. They send you jobs. Mostly for Europe. (this falls into "interview more"/exand your options advice). Source: about 1 year ago
Love the idea! Competition is never a reason imo to not pursue a business opportunity, but I have seen quite a couple of these (otta.com is one that pops to mind) already. Source: about 1 year ago
It's the agency space where there are issues. Also very good to understand it takes a lot of work to get a new role right now in any market. There are exceptions, like doing data engineering work where there is still pull. https://otta.com/ seems to have a lot of available roles currently. Still, general front end or backend dev expect a hard time as you are competing with many high calibre candidates recently... Source: about 1 year ago
I know some who have had luck trying on this site? Source: about 1 year ago
I like using this job board https://otta.com/ I got a solid job from it and the companies listed are a lot better than LinkedIn or other more corporate sites. Source: about 1 year ago
You could try otta.com, which focuses on startups - they tend to be more geared towards remote work. Source: about 1 year ago
Even the best bit about LinkedIn, their jobs, is a mess, Otta is way better if you’re looking for tech jobs. Source: about 1 year ago
Cord.co, angel.jobs and otta.com are tech-focused job boards. I used all of them and recommend them all equally. I managed to land an interview with interesting companies via all of them. If those are not available in your area then try to find some yourself, there are plenty of those. Source: about 1 year ago
Even with the market the way it is, there are still lots of senior roles out there, especially in non-tech companies. Hit up your network and let them know what you're looking for. And if you haven't used it yet, Otta is a great tool for finding tech postings. Source: about 1 year ago
New data from tech job search platform Otta reveals that women of color provide dramatically lower minimum salary requirements than white men, white women and men of color. According to Otta's cofounder and CEO, Sam Franklin, the differences emerged across the board for every role and every level of experience. Source: about 1 year ago
I used otta.com to find my tech job. There’s a ton of overseas companies looking. Your degree would absolutely help out! Source: about 1 year ago
- You can google 'startup company jobs', there are platforms like otta.com specifically for these. There are also normally articles written to attract funding so if you think a bit laterally and google , say 'healthcare startups' you're more likely to find lists of companies. (Unsure how relevant this is to your job search, but my boyfriend had luck with applying to WFH jobs on https://otta.com/ From what I can tell it's mostly tech work but just wanted to throw that out there on the off chance it's helpful.). Source: about 1 year ago
