I haven't used it from the hiring side, but I've seen a decent number of early stage companies using cord.co. There's also a startup called Otta - https://otta.com/. Not affiliated with either. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago

Are those private hiring boards worth it? (hired.com, otta.com, underdog.io, etc). Source: about 2 years ago
Try https://otta.com/ It's relatively new and since most people don't know about it yet your resume goes into a smaller pool. Source: about 2 years ago
Try these, all free: topstartups.io, angel.co, otta.com. Source: over 2 years ago
The ones I'm already aware of are otta.com , honeypot.io , but I was wondering if there are better ones where there are more UX/UI jobs or where it's easier to land a remote UX/UI Designer job as an EU citizen, without the need to relocate. Source: over 2 years ago
Otta.com is great - also guides you on expected salary for most roles. Linkedin is also good - make sure you use the various job titles mentioned in the other replies, there are so many titles for the sales engineer role. I agree that maybe indeed and monster are not great at having saas presales jobs, but I recently had to find a new job and applied for over 100 within a short space of time using those 2 sites... Otta - https://otta.com/ - create an account. They send you jobs. Mostly for Europe. (this falls into "interview more"/exand your options advice). Source: over 2 years ago
Love the idea! Competition is never a reason imo to not pursue a business opportunity, but I have seen quite a couple of these (otta.com is one that pops to mind) already. Source: over 2 years ago
It's the agency space where there are issues. Also very good to understand it takes a lot of work to get a new role right now in any market. There are exceptions, like doing data engineering work where there is still pull. https://otta.com/ seems to have a lot of available roles currently. Still, general front end or backend dev expect a hard time as you are competing with many high calibre candidates recently... Source: over 2 years ago

Even the best bit about LinkedIn, their jobs, is a mess, Otta is way better if youโre looking for tech jobs. Source: over 2 years ago
Cord.co, angel.jobs and otta.com are tech-focused job boards. I used all of them and recommend them all equally. I managed to land an interview with interesting companies via all of them. If those are not available in your area then try to find some yourself, there are plenty of those. Source: over 2 years ago
Even with the market the way it is, there are still lots of senior roles out there, especially in non-tech companies. Hit up your network and let them know what you're looking for. And if you haven't used it yet, Otta is a great tool for finding tech postings. Source: over 2 years ago

Otta is a burgeoning player in the job marketplace sector, specifically focusing on tech and startup job opportunities. Its primary differentiator lies in its emphasis on aligning job seekers with company cultures that match their values and career aspirations. This approach resonates with job seekers who prioritize workplace culture and wish to find employers that align with their personal values. The platform is noted for its detailed company profiles and curated job listings, which offer insights into what makes each company unique.
Across various online discussions and articles, users have consistently praised Otta for its user-friendly interface and its capabilities in streamlining the job search process. Job seekers express satisfaction with the platform's capacity to deliver relevant job opportunities and detailed insights about hiring companies. This is particularly beneficial for users who wish to minimize stress and maximize efficiency in their job hunt.
In comparison to traditional and well-known platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and WeWork Remotely, Otta is viewed as a hidden gem, particularly advantageous if candidates are seeking positions that aren't heavily saturated with applications. The platform is also noted for providing a more personalized experience that contrasts with the one-size-fits-all approach of larger job boards.
The emphasis on startup environments is frequently highlighted, making Otta a suitable choice for those aspiring to join burgeoning companies where innovation and culture often take precedence over corporate rigidity. This focus is augmented by Otta's provision of expected salaries for various roles, which aids candidates in making informed decisions.
In the area of remote work and international opportunities, Otta is recognized for facilitating connections with companies interested in overseas talent. This is particularly relevant in today's job market, where remote work and global opportunities are increasingly sought after.
Despite its strengths, some users in niche fields, such as UX/UI design, question whether Otta can meet their specific needs compared to other platforms. However, for tech roles and startup positions, the platform generally receives positive feedback.
Public opinion also touches upon Otta's insights regarding salary expectations, especially in the context of diversity and inclusion. Relevant data shared by the platform highlights disparities in salary requirements based on demographic factors, bringing attention to broader industry issues.
In summary, Otta has carved a niche for itself by focusing on alignment between job seekers and job opportunities in tech and startup sectors, with a particular strength in highlighting company cultures. Its detailed job listings and personalized user experience have garnered praise, offering a distinct alternative to more established platforms. Future users would benefit from its focused scope, especially those seeking to engage with like-minded, innovative startup environments. However, candidates in specialized fields should consider complementing their use of Otta with other platforms to broaden opportunities.
