What you can do, just to test your speed...take the cord plugged into the eero router that goes to your computer and plug it straight into the ONT. Reset the ONT after plugging it in directly. Then try https://openspeedtest.com. Source: over 3 years ago

Another thing you can try is https://openspeedtest.com/ Download and run the mini speed test server app on the Plex server and then go to the url on another device on the network to see what sort of throughput you're getting with the router. This should be almost equal to your wifi speed or max throughput of the device wifi. If its not then your router is getting over loaded or router's os is out of date. Try upgrading it.
