OpenRCT2 is honestly the best implementation of Rollercoaster Tycoon for Android. It is the original RCT2 that you can run on your Android device. It also has Scenarios and the best sandbox mode. Setup is kinda long but ultimately worth it. Source: 12 months ago

Alright, but seriously (well that's serious, too), have you tried OpenRCT2? It's a free fan-made launcher for RCT2 that can also import RCT1 scenarios so you can play both. If you still have the discs for 1 and 2 and a pc for her to use. I recommend installing the discs and install OpenRTC2 a free mod by players. It patches the game for newer windows os and hardware. Uses and merges files from both rct1 and 2 files (that is why you need them installed). Introduces new features that official rollercoaster tycoon re-releases do not have.
