I think you probably hit the nail on the head. Clearing enemy camps I'm typically pretty good about but sometimes I forget to push towers, though I'm trying to focus on that. Also, I think that given the nature of nocturnes play it's easy to fall into a habit of just making picks with ult on players that get caught out, and perhaps I'm overlooking opportunities to play around my fed teammates like you said. ... Lethality to me has always been underwhelming and has rare use cases: if I feel like serpent's fang has a lot of potential against their team, I may build it; if I feel like their whole team is squishy/assassin comp, I may build it.
