5. What's the story behind OnlyApply?

   OnlyApply started with a friend. He was deep in a job search, qualified but getting nowhere, and he had tried what felt like every AI resume app out there. None was good enough. Some rewrote his resume into something generic that could have belonged to anyone. Others quietly inflated it, inventing achievements and metrics he would then have to explain away the second a recruiter asked. A few just fired off applications on his behalf, with no real say in where they went.

   Watching him fight the tools that were supposed to help is what kicked this off. We built OnlyApply as the opposite. It tailors your resume to each specific job using only what you have actually done, shows you the honest gaps instead of papering over them, and leaves you in control of where you apply.
