That already exists in even more advanced versions for signing legally binding contracts eg Oneflow, and it doesn't involve any blockchain. It works defining legal persons who are invited to sign a contract, any new versions of the contract immediately voids all signatures and appends a diff exactly what was changed between the versions, and once everyone has signed with eID it is now immutable and legally binding...
