• Buying OCC with ADA then sending to Metamask

  Bitrue is currently the only exchange that allows withdrawals to 2 networks: either Cardano or Ethereum. In order to withdraw to MetaMask for staking on razer.occam.fi you just have to choose the right option when withdrawing. Other exchanges (as you can find on https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/occamfi#markets ) offer only ERC20-OCC. And you are right, you have to do ADA->USDT->OCC on Bitrue. Source: about 3 years ago

  Like u/SmallSackSteve said, personal wallet is way safer than exchange account (unless you reveal your seed phrases to someone, obviously :D). On the other hand remember about withdrawal fees - it's sometimes wiser to accumulate more if you plan another buy than to do a few smaller withdrawals. Also remember that currently only OCC-ERC20 tokens can be staked on razer.occam.fi and give you access to staking... Source: about 3 years ago
