   NVOX was founded by Shlomi (David) Grandes, who was diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD at age 30 after a lifetime of frustration, failure, and being misunderstood by the education system. Despite being identified as gifted in early childhood, he was labeled a failure throughout school. A chance conversation with a psychologist working in a U.S. maximum-security prison exposed a shocking reality: over 50% of inmates have undiagnosed ADHD, and many of them could have been helped earlier with proper diagnosis and intervention. That realization drove him to act. Together with childhood friend and physician Dr. Johnathan Leemor, and AI expert Gil Cohen, David developed a scalable diagnostic platform that combines machine learning, biometric analysis, and clinical oversight.
