Sorry to OP if this is a legitimate post, but please be aware that there is a chance that this post is a scam or phishing for your information, so pay this person at your own risk. If you do go through with paying this person, do not pay with the friends/family setting in any app. Per numlookup.com, 732-474-8128 is a Google Voice number, indicating that it is not the person's real phone number. a. If the call was not from a spoofed caller ID, report them to their carrier! If it was a toll-free call, use a site like 800forall.com to find the carrier, and if it was not toll free, use a carrier lookup tool like numlookup.com or freecarrierlookup.com. Go to the carrier's website, and they should have an email or a place to report the scam number. Source: about 1 year ago
As of this post, on numlookup.com my "phone carrier" still displays BANDWIDTH.COM CLEC, LLC while the "phone type" is showing VOIP. Source: about 1 year ago
Could you show an image of your numlookup.com results where it shows your gmail address (redacted, of course)? I just went and looked up my GV number there and it said Google Voice / Grandcentral but it didn't show my gmail address anywhere. Source: over 1 year ago
You can use numlookup.com to call this number with a spoof number if you'd like. Have a great day, OP. I hope this helps! Source: over 1 year ago
Also, try using NumLookup to check phone numbers. You don't need a voicemail. Source: over 1 year ago
This is very smart, and many scambaiters recommend this. numlookup.com is a good site. Watch out for "onvoy" or "twilio", as these are very common VoIP services used by scammers. Source: over 1 year ago

She has continued to call using *67, leaving voicemails of her breathing at around 7:30 AM (before she leaves work, I imagine) and during the lunch hour. Today, I got a handful of calls from numbers that Trap Call could not unmask. I used numlookup.com and saw that each one was a VOIP number. 1 number in particular was connected to the TextNow app. Three voicemails were left from each of these numbers (area codes... Many websites can be used to lookup US numbers for free, ie: freecarrierlookup.com, scammerblaster.com, numlookup.com, https://dexatel.com/carrier-lookup/ - these sites will show the CNAM lookup, as well as which carrier the number is currently with, even if the number has been ported from it's original carrier. Im selling a vehicle and have been answering craigslist replies all day. Then one guy says he needs the EVINRECORDER report. I have never heard of it, on scamadvisor.com they give it a 1.4/1000 trustability, OUT OF A THOUSAND. Told him about the carfax report I have but insisted on E Vin Recorder. I checked out the website, it has a picture of a carfax webpage and says EVINrecorder is just as good but cheaper and... Source: almost 2 years ago
As for safety, look up the number on numlookup.com. If it's not a burner phone or app, it gives really good results. If it finds it, it'll tell a little about her but nothing personal. Not like DoB, SSN, etc. Usually her name and if it finds her social media, you can at least verify she is real. That's all you would need. Source: almost 2 years ago
There is no manual to this as people move at different speeds. Basics include meeting in public, he does not pick you up (I cannot stress this one enough) and let friends know where you are. You can get info on their phone number via numlookup.com. Just be aware that some use burner apps and you may not see anything. If you do and it shows their name, google stalk them and check their social media. Good luck... Source: almost 2 years ago
