  One thing that can work in these cases, is to sign a sworn statement explaining what you said above. Take it to a notary, and have it notarized. You can do this online via notarize.com as well.   You're not allowed to record in that meeting either - they completely isolate you, you get NO benefits, no fair trial, nothing. My dad (the cheater) was also a MEMBER OF THESE DISCIPLINARY GROUPS and would stay at these tribunals judging others till 1 or 2 in the morning (there's no limit to how long they will go).   My partner is willing to sign a waiver of service for our uncontested divorce. She is not a U.S citizen but I need to have a Texas notary - notarize the waiver. Is this possible?   Notarize does not provide you with a third party for digital cert. They provide you with the stamp and that is all. The digital Cert you can purchase from identrust and they have a selection for notarize.com that will allow you to download a cert that is acceptable to Notarize platform. Source: about 4 years ago

  If you are signing official or legal documents, you are best off using a service designed for that purpose, such as Notarize (notarize.com) or docusign or adobe sign. These services cryptographically seal the document and make it tamper evident so anyone can tell if someone has messed with the official version.   Http://notarize.com was incredibly easy to use but lazy definitely = more $$$. $25 for the first seal + $10/additional. There are four for $55 total. I think it'll be a bit cheaper somewhere like the UPS Store FWIW. Source: almost 5 years ago

• Recommendations for online notary service for non-U.S. citizen

  Hello, I am a Mexican national living in Mexico. I need to get a document notarized for my U.S. Visa application (I believe jurat is the specific service I need since there is a small oath at the end of the document). I was hoping to use the notarize.com online service, but that site specifically says they require that the signer have a U.S. Social security number. • CA Notaries: Are you upset that your state has not approved you to do remote online notarization?

  I live in PA and we do have RON but the available vendors are mostly only for real estate transactions and they are all pretty bad and notarize.com is not approved in our state and we are not allowed to just use docusign.
