• Dirty Genes: What are the definitions of the dirty MTHFR/COMT/MAOA/GST/GPX/NOS3/PEMT genes with the list of the rsID and alleles?

  I just finished reading the book Dirty Genes - Dr. Ben Lynch. The following genes are introduced as a dirty gene. Do you know what are the definitions of each dirty gene with the gene, rsID, alleles, and the used scientific paper if possible?   I looked into ClarityX, GeneSight and one called Nebula Genomics that does a wild array of whole-genome testing, but I’m actually not sure if they specifically point out medications like the others. It’s utterly fascinating that it’s something they can do now. I’d really like to do it, but it’s pretty expensive.
