  Is there any noise you do enjoy (or easily tolerate) in the background? If so you could keep that playing through the night. It shouldn't have to be too loud in order to drown out faint TV sounds.   If you want just the sound for meditation or such I LOVE myNoise.net. It’s super customizable and can even be “flexible” there’s a few forest ones, one is a walk with a pair or two of foot steps.
