So far my experience with Monsterhost has been great, no downtime and awesome customer service.
Monsterhost is always very responsive and comes back with solutions. I am running a small business and have some IT skills, but not System Engineering. Shawn pushed through to getting our site using htpp/2, including all the system requirements that were a prerequisite. This means our site is faster and will rank better in google.
