• Where do you get background music from?

  If your still looking for more sites I use this site called Mixkit. Https://mixkit.co (hopefully this link works if not you can google it) I did get a copyright claim once, but that was just because some video made by someone(which was a compilation of royalty free music I might add) included that song. • Where can I look for copyright free music?

  I use a few different places. The youtube studio has a decent selection but need to make sure that you're crediting the songs if they're labeled that way. I also use https://mixkit.co and bensound.com fairly often. They're free sites and you'll have to credit the websites in your descriptions but it'll expand your choices. They are free sites so the selection isn't amazing, but it's good for us small peeps that... Source: almost 2 years ago

  There are stock footage websites like Storyblocks etc, they are subscription based but there are some free ones. I just heard about https://mixkit.co/ from another youtuber, but didnt check it out myself. Pretty sure there are some other free sites as well to use. The music can be used in commercial or non commercial projects for free without attribution so long as they're not DVDs, TV/Radio Broadcasts, or Video Games (which should be sufficient for demo purposes) and their SFX can be used in pretty much anything commercially or non commercially for free without attribution.
